What You'll Do

As a Hotels Onboarding Internship, your responsibilities will include:

• Hotel and Account Management: establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels, keeping track of preferred hotels.
• Last-Minute Requests: Prioritizing and solving urgent tasks to ensure top-notch service for our crew.
• Preferred Hotels Management: Keeping records of preferred hotels per location and ensuring they are prioritized in bookings.
• Hotel Sourcing: Assisting in tender processes by sourcing hotels for potential new customers and airlines.
• Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding of new hotels, explain how we work, how to use the designated channels.

You don’t need years of experience to shine in this role, but we do look for:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hotel partners and customers.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
