Job Description - HR | Business Administration internship: people analytics & employee engagement

Introduction

As an intern within the HR department, you will provide all-round support to our People Analytics team and Employee Engagement manager. You will gain hands-on project and change management skills, experience with People Analytics, and will learn all about senior stakeholder engagement.
 

Your assignment

Key deliverables include:

  • Assisting in organizing of activities, events and meetings;

  • Update webpages, and creating presentations;

  • Handling questions of employees and managers; 

  • And much more.


This is a Bachelor or Master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 4 months, 4/5 days per week. The interviews will take place in June.


Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in labor or Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Change management, Social sciences, or a related field;

  • Are proactive, hands-on and independent; 

  • Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and communicating in English;

  • ​Have an affinity for and experience with Data Science and analytics;

  • Have a passion for organizational change management and stakeholder communication. 

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
