Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting critical talent management activities across both Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Internal Mobility. In this role, you'll help coordinate recruitment processes, manage candidate communications, plan learning programmes, and support international mobility initiatives, all whilst gaining valuable exposure to HR operations within a dynamic, international business environment.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate vacancy management and schedule interviews whilst maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Handle job postings across relevant platforms and ensure accurate data management within the applicant tracking system.


• Plan and coordinate learning programmes and wellbeing initiatives for employees across the organisation.


• Communicate with participants and managers regarding learning initiatives and maintain up-to-date learning materials and trackers.


• Create comprehensive onboarding materials for new expatriates and track extended business trip programmes.


• Support ad-hoc talent projects including process improvements, surveys, research activities and presentation preparation.


• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance internal processes and improve overall employee experience within the organisation.

You have the following skills:

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.


• Availability from September for 5-6 months.


• Strong organisational and communication abilities.


• Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, and data management.


• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.


• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
