What you’ll do

You’ll support our People/HR team in keeping daily operations running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience across different HR topics.

✔ Keep our HR engine running (admin & ticket support)
✔ Support HR system implementation and optimisation
✔ Assist with employee data, documentation and processes
✔ Help improve workflows and internal tools
✔ Jump in wherever help is needed across the HR team

What you bring

You’re eager to learn, hands-on, and enjoy working in a structured and collaborative environment.

✔ Interest in HR / People topics (studying HR, Business, Psychology or similar is a plus)
✔ Hands-on, structured and proactive mindset
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ Team-player attitude and willingness to support where needed
✔ Comfortable working in English
