Human Resources Intern

• Proposing and implementing improvements to our People system (Personio), administering the data and guiding employees.
• Developing the employee handbook to become a visually appealing, accurate tool to share with new hires and existing employees.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to update and align internal policies and procedures.
• Helping improve our employer branding by creating content for LinkedIn.
• Taking responsibility for project assignments in the area of operations and office management.

• Practical knowledge of HR systems and administrative processes.
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance and the legal framework.
• Employer branding and marketing.
• Company operations in a fascinating, sustainable industry.

• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a passion for the People function.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (English is our company language) and a collaborative mindset.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A degree at Bachelors or Masters level in a relevant subject (either complete or in progress).
