Human Resources Internship (stage)

Job Description - Human Resources Internship (stage)

Job description

Introduction

At Wellis, we’re building a fast-growing healthtech company that helps people live healthier lives through a combination of care, technology, and human support. As a scale-up, we move fast, test a lot, and constantly improve.

Our internships are designed for curious, motivated students who want to learn by doing in a real startup environment. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, take ownership of meaningful projects, and contribute to areas that are important for the company but often get too little attention in busy teams.

About the role

As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll support our people & culture team in building a strong, healthy organisation. You’ll work on initiatives that shape employee experience, culture, and internal structure, many of which are incredibly impactful, but often sit on the ‘nice-to-have’ list in fast-growing companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment, recruitment research and employer branding activities;

  • Improving onboarding and off-boarding materials;

  • Helping document HR processes and policies;

  • Supporting engagement, culture, and feedback initiatives;

  • Assisting with internal communications and surveys;

  • Researching best practices in people & culture;

  • Support events and culture initiatives that make Wellis a great place to work;

  • Support in daily office operations making sure all teams have everything they need to perform.

What you’ll learn

  • How people operations work in a modern scale-up

  • How culture is built intentionally (and unintentionally)

  • How recruitment and onboarding really happen

  • How to balance structure with flexibility

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Discrete, empathetic, and well-organised;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Available for minimum 4 months;

What we offer

  • 750 euro’s per month internship allowance;

  • A dynamic internship in a fast-growing startup;

  • Real responsibility and meaningful projects;

  • Close collaboration with experienced team members;

  • A steep learning curve and broad exposure;
