About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Process Excellence Intern to join our team. The Magnum Ice Cream Company is in the midst of establishing its standalone HR operations following its separation from Unilever, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation, and ways of working in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with global HR teams across different regions, gaining exposure to diverse ways of working and contributing to internationally aligned processes. You will also gain experience with leading HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, as well as emerging AI-driven HR solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, including:
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving HR documentation
  • Structuring and organizing HR process libraries
  • Ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality of HR knowledge assets
• Support the HR team in document management processes, including standardization, governance, and version control of HR process documentation which will help us transition to and strengthen our own standalone HR organization
• Assist in designing, documenting, and optimizing HR processes using systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
• Gain exposure to AI-enabled HR tools and agents, supporting their application in HR workflows and service delivery
• Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics, including preparing dashboards and insights
• Provide project management support to the HR team
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to international HR operations and best practices
• Contribute to tangible transformation activities, such as improving HR knowledge articles and supporting process harmonization

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for 5–6 months starting September 2026 (minimum 32 hours per week)
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (3rd or 4th year) or Master’s program
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in HR processes, operational excellence, and digital HR transformation
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset with a clear interest in documentation and knowledge management
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment
• A flexible mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment, with openness to evolving priorities and new ways of working
