More about the role

This is an exciting internship opportunity for you to light the way as a Integrity Investigations Intern in the Business Integrity Office in Amsterdam with Signify.

What you will do:

  • You support Integrity Investigations, e.g. prepare documents, perform research, take notes during interviews, write interview summaries, etc. Over time it is possible to expand your tasks during ongoing investigations.
  • You support the Investigations Managers on improvement projects and other work, e.g. preparing documents related to reporting and management information.
  • You support team members on various projects relating to Insider trading and AI improvement projects.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • You are interested in the field of Integrity Investigations.
  • Currently pursuing studies in HR, Law and Technology, Criminology, Criminal investigations, Crisis and Security Management or Safety and Security Management, Psychology or any related field.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • You are very discrete, you understand the sensitivity and confidentiality of Investigations.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are hands on – eager to apply and learn.
  • You pay attention to detail.
  • You work in a structured way and are able to maintain overview when working on several tasks simultaneously.
  • You take initiative, are self starting, and ask questions to verify you are on the right track.

Notes

  • EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
