At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Intern who wants to develop strong analytical and business skills within our Revenue Growth Management Europe team. You will gain hands-on experience with pricing, promotions, mix analytics and business performance tracking, working closely with multifunctional teams across Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 The scope covers :

  Conduct analyses combining internal and external data (sell-in, sell-out, market, pricing, promotion, financial and non-financial KPIs).

• 
  

   Support the evaluation of promotional schemes and ROI per brand, customer or pack type.

  
  


• 
  

   

  
  


• 
  

   Share analysis, insights and best practices with local markets.

  
  


• 
  

   

  
  


• 
  

   Support the implementation and monitoring of RGM initiatives across markets.

  
  


• 
  

   

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in special RGM or transformation projects (e.g., tool harmonization, standardization initiatives, documentation and training).

  Study in the field of Business, Finance, Economics

  
  


• 
  

  Have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable working with large datasets. Experience with Power BI is a pre.

  Are inquisitive by nature and capable of spotting trends in complex data and translating them into actionable insights.

  
  


• 
  

  Are Fluent in English
