We are looking for a motivated and curious HRIS Intern to join our international HRIS team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of HR and IT, gaining hands-on experience with one of the most advanced HR systems in the world: Workday.
You will support a variety of activities ranging from system configuration and testing to project support and process improvements. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how HR, Payroll, and IT work together within a complex, international organization.
Support the HRIS team with daily operational and project-based activities
Assist in HRIS configuration and testing (Workday)
Support HR and Payroll-related processes in the system
Participate in HRIS projects, including implementations, enhancements, and optimizations
Provide PMO support, such as documentation, planning, tracking actions, and reporting
Help analyze HR processes and suggest improvements
Support testing activities (UAT) and documentation of system changes
Collaborate with international stakeholders across HR, IT, and Payroll

Basics of HR data, system configuration, and process optimization
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) program (e.g. HRM, Business Administration, IT, Information Management)
Interest in HR systems, digitalization, and process improvement
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable working with systems and data
Proactive, structured, and eager to learn
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Able to work in an international environment
Hands-on experience in an international HRIS team
Exposure to Workday, a leading global HR system
A steep learning curve in HR, Payroll, and IT processes
