Intern Product Support Specialist

Our headquarters is in Leiden, but over the years we have established subsidiaries and branch offices in the USA, Japan, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, as well as distributors and local agents in multiple countries.

Your main responsibilities:

This internship is based in Leiden and includes occasional travel to France to support local customers. You'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience as a Product Support Specialist in an international, professional team that values new ideas. Alongside these valuable activities, we provide time and guidance to support your internship or graduation project.

After a dedicated training period you will:

• Assist in demonstration, installations & training on-site and remotely of our solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and our partners to bring your support during and after sales.
• Support projects by assisting with data collection, reporting, and optimizing existing tools.
• Contribute if necessary to marketing related activities (presentations, brochures translation, congress, workshops).
• Stay on top of industry and scientific trends and share relevant insights with the team

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in IT, Science, Biomedical engineering, or a related field, and will remain enrolled thorough the internship.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• You have a strong interest in new technologies (AI), particularly in medical imaging and cardiology.
• Natural communicator and inclusive team player and networker.
• Having previous internship experience in a similar role will be a plus.
• You are available for a period of 6 months, for 35 hours per week.
