About the job 

CHANEL is looking for a Digital Training intern within the Benelux & Scandinavia Training team, Fragrance & Beauty division, based in Amsterdam or Brussels, for a 6-month internship starting December 2026. The intern reports to the Digital Learning Manager and supports the trainers in their digital learning activities. Daily interactions take place with Beauty Advisors, learning communities and other departments.

Daily interactions take place with Beauty Advisors, learning communities and other departments. 

 
What impact you can create at CHANEL: 

• Create and edit digital mobile learnings in collaboration with the learning team
• Follow up on the communication plan for digital applications, including copywriting, content calendars, etc.
• Design digital content related to local training needs, including guides, visuals, presentations, etc.
• Steer the translation of learning materials into the three local languages, on time and on quality
• Support and co-define the learning strategy
• Support the preparation of presentations, learning KPIs and analyses
• Maintain daily contact with different departments and learning communities
• Maintain daily contact with Beauty Advisors regarding training organisation, questions, etc.
• Take part in organising digital events together with other departments
• Support the preparation of the training room, gifts and welcoming of guest

What you will bring:

• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset. 
• HBO or WO studies in human resources, psychology, communication & media or sales. 
• Digital native profile skilled in MS Office, Power BI and creative tools (InDesign, Canva). 
• Project management, organisation and time management skills. 
• Creativity, autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit and client and product orientation.
