Internship - IT

The experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities for reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in documentation and prepping presentation is beneficial.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Ability to work in dynamic or evolving environment.

Experience in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Trello is a plus.

You ensure that everything goes smoothly

As an IT Project Management intern, you will follow the same induction process as our full-time team members. This will help you learn as many project management skills and techniques as possible during your internship.

In your role, you will help make sure everything runs smoothly in the project. You will be part of a close team that works with both our IT partners and key WCSG stakeholders — including Traders, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams.

You will learn how to manage both detailed tasks ,high-level planning, Organization , Budget management. With exposure to real-time project management frameworks like JIRA, DevOps etc. This is a great chance to see how project management works from start to finish.

Is this you?

• You are available from August for 5-6 months and 32-40 hours per week;


• You are a student in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or related fields;


• You have experience with coursework in project management, operations management or organizational behavior;


• You are studying in the Netherlands;


• You speak and write fluent English;


• You are a real pro: flexible, thorough, accurate and proactive;


• You think along with your team. Together you go for solutions and results;


• Of course you have good communication and social skills.
