Job Description - Internship Sales/CRM Optimization

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales/CRM Optimization Intern to join our Commercial Department. The ideal candidate should have a basic interested in understanding CRM systems and a passion for data-driven strategies. 

You will get started in our CRM system to create dashboards, extract data at various levels, and research (AI) tools to enhance efficiency of the commercial team. If you are analytical, action-oriented and committed, you will feel right at home and get the chance to gain experience and make a meaningful impact for the team.

Your responsibilities as a Sales/CRM Optimization Intern include:
  • Identifying opportunities in our CRM system to make it more efficient.
  • Reflecting on current workflows in the CRM system.
  • Researching (AI) tools and possible new integrations to be part of the sales flow.
  • Generating commercial reports and dashboards using data of the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with our Business Developers to understand pain-points and understand improvements.
You are:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field and in your 3rd or 4th year.
  • Looking forward to work with data and systems.
  • Comfortable with the use of digital applications.
  • A team player, who is driven, passionate and motivated.
  • Able to communicate professionally in English.
  • Flexible with your working hours.
  • Located in the Netherlands.
