Internship Supply Chain

Your Tasks

As a Supply Chain Intern within our Supply Chain team, you’ll support projects focused on automation, process improvement and standardization. You’ll work with data, analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to make our operations more efficient. Together with colleagues across Belgium and the Netherlands, you’ll help turn your findings into practical improvements.

Depending on your background, skills and interests, you’ll contribute to one or more of the following projects:

• Automation: Map existing processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, with the goal of saving at least 1.000 working hours per year


• Process standardization: Analyze existing processes, identify best practices from other MediaMarkt countries, including Germany and Spain, and help implement improvements in Belgium and the Netherlands to increase efficiency and service levels.


• Process improvement: Analyze and improve the defect management process in our Dutch stores, identify best practices and support the rollout of the improved process across our Belgian store network.

You’ll also work on data analysis, reporting and dashboards to support decision-making and help identify further opportunities for improvement.

• You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field


• You have strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement and automation.


• You have good Excel skills and knowledge of, or an interest in, reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense


• Experience with SQL, data mining and data analysis is a plus


• You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of French is a plus, particularly for projects involving our Belgian stores


• You’re available for 24 to 40 hours per week, starting February 8th 2027
