Internship: Supply Chain eCOM Fulfilment

As an intern in the eCOM Fulfilment team, you can contribute to various critical tasks and projects that drive our digital fulfilment operations. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and insights into the workings of a fast-growing supply chain operation.

During your internship, you will be working on:

• Data-driven / IT Queries: Supporting the successful execution of end-to-end (E2E) order fulfilment by conducting open order checks (IT/Finance) and providing IT issue support, working with our Order Management System.

• Service Level Queries: Handling product defect queries, reviewing warehouse performance, conducting competitor analysis and working closely with our Customer Relations and Digital team.

• Process Improvement: Assisting on projects, including creating process descriptions and flow charts to highlight inefficiencies and cost-saving potential.

• Returns Management: Possible project: Rituals has a large data set of return- related data that is currently underutilised. What insights/process improvements can be gained from that dataset?

• Carrier Returns Project: Working on projects highlighting and tackling process improvements for carrier returns, aiming for significant cost savings.

Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge, including:

• Stakeholder Management Skills: Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Project Management Skills: Developing time management skills and other effective techniques.

• Digital Fulfilment Landscape: Gaining insights into the operations of a fast-growing SC environment, understanding the digital fulfilment landscape from a supply chain perspective.

To be eligible for this internship you must be currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/University and living in the Netherlands. The internship period starts per September 2025 for 6 months. Do you also recognize yourself in the bullet points below? Then don’t hesitate and apply!

• You are currently studying Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• You are available to come to the office around 4 days per week
• You have strong stakeholder, communication and relationship management capabilities
• You have strong analytical skills and advanced experience in Excel
• You are eager to learn, you are able to think out-of-the-box and curious to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processes
• You have affinity with IT systems and will quickly master key systems such as ERP, OMS & TMS
