Job Description:

Role Overview

Fluence is looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to support and enhance internal
IT support services. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional IT
environment, working with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and enterprise
infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software in a Microsoft 365

• environment

• Assist in setting up and deploying desktop computers (Windows and Mac)

• Support user account management activities in Active Directory

• Help with procurement and distribution of IT equipment

• Assist with Office 365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow-related tasks

• Contribute to and maintain knowledge base documentation in ServiceNow

• Support hardware and software inventory management

• Assist in troubleshooting audio/video conferencing systems

• Support administration of core hosted applications

• Collaborate with local IT vendors and internal teams

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or

• a related field

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office applications, Teams, Outlook)

• Interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user services

• Basic understanding of networking, device management, or identity

• management is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in the Erlangen office
