Our IT team is looking for an IT Support Intern. As part of the Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues with IT-related issues and requests, supporting the IT department in resolving incidents quickly and structurally.

Beyond day-to-day support, you will learn the inner workings of a modern IT department: infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware lifecycle management, SaaS administration, and business applications. You will get hands-on exposure to the systems that power an international e-commerce brand, including our ERP (Oracle Netsuite), Shopify Plus and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role, potentially alongside your studies, offers real potential for growth and the possibility to take on larger roles within CLUSE.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for incidents and requests;
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, peripherals, meeting-room equipment) and software;
• Assist with on- and offboarding of employees: ICT equipment, accounts and authorizations;
• Create and maintain user guides and internal documentation;
• Identify, analyse, and follow up on problems; manage incidents through to resolution;
• Monitor our cloud solutions and integrations to ensure maximum uptime;
• Support small IT projects, such as roll-outs of new tools or process improvements.
  

What you will learn

• Service Desk operations and structured incident management;
• Administration of a modern SaaS stack (Microsoft 365, identity & access management);
• The fundamentals of cybersecurity in a real business environment;
• How IT supports e-commerce operations, logistics, and finance in an international company.

What we are looking for

• Logical thinker with a passion for information technology;
• Eager to learn;
• Flexible, service-minded, and with a hands-on mentality;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Available 5 days a week, of which at least 3 days in our Amsterdam office.

• 500,- euros gross a month internship compensation;
• 1 day off per month based on 40-hours per week;
