Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist

Part-time Working Student (3 days per week)

Parfumado is growing, and we’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, curiosity and executional sharpness to help us shape and scale our micro-creator programme.

In this part-time role, you’re part of the Influencer Marketing team and discover, manage and grow partnerships with emerging creators across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be hands-on from day one, contributing directly to how Parfumado shows up on social and how new audiences discover fragrance through influencer collaborations.

Perfect for someone who is social savvy, hands-on, and eager to grow in the world of high-end fragrance, influencer marketing and digital brand building.

Your impact in this role

• Coordinate micro-influencer campaigns and gifting deals

• Keep track of performance and report on results

• Help grow our influencer network and brand visibility

• Translate performance and learnings into smarter, more scalable campaigns

What You’ll Do

• Source and onboard micro creators that align with Parfumado’s brand and tone

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and follow-up of campaigns

• Facilitate smooth go-lives with clear guidelines

• Act as a point of contact for creators throughout collaborations

• Track results and contribute to reporting and learnings

• Support UGC sourcing and coordination for paid media amplification

• Stay up to date on emerging creators and social culture

• In the final year of your Bachelor’s or studying for your Master’s in Business, Marketing or related field

• Internship experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or a relevant field

• Analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, tracking, and reporting

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

• Eager to learn, takes initiative, and stays calm under pressure

• Passionate about social media, creators, and digital trends

• Fluent in Dutch and English
