Knowledge Content & Operations Intern

At Miele X, the Knowledge Digitalization team helps transform business knowledge into clear, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. We do this through content, communications, enablement, and the smooth coordination of knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams. We are also contributing to the AI-enabled transformation of our internal knowledge platform.

We are looking for an intern with a strong interest in content, communication, and coordination. In this role, you will support knowledge content creation, monthly townhalls and workshop operations, short-form internal video production, communication channel performance tracking, and our internal knowledge platform AI transition project.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB

• Create engaging content for our internal knowledge platform and communication channels
• Support the organization of monthly townhalls, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and follow up on actions after sessions
• Create short, social media-style videos and visuals to support communication and engagement
• Help maintain and improve our internal knowledge platform
• Support the AI transition project of our internal knowledge platform
• Assist with content planning, updates, and basic performance tracking

WE EXPECT

• Student or recent graduate in Communication, Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Interest in content creation, communications, and digital knowledge sharing
• A proactive, organized, and hands-on way of working
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks
• Curiosity about AI, digital business, and collaboration in an international environment
• Basic experience with Clipchamp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva or similar tools is a plus
