Make Your Mark as a Legal Intern at Storio group
About the role:
As a Legal Intern, you will be a vital member of our Legal Team supporting our European business as we scale. We operate at the intersection of technology and creativity, so you will work on a diverse range of projects from commercial law to AI and sustainability. This role offers a front-row seat to the legal mechanics of a pan-European leader, giving you hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
How you embrace curiosity daily:
- Support legal operations across a wide variety of topics and tasks.
- Research new European and UK legislation and prepare summary reports for the team.
- Help develop our contract management system and other compliance tools.
- Review legal questions from colleagues and research the latest legal literature.
- Monitor and report on several internal registers to keep our records accurate.
- Assist with corporate housekeeping by organizing and updating key company documents.
How you make your mark:
- Help the legal team reach ambitious targets by bringing solutions and ideas to the table.
- Ensure our contract management processes remain efficient as we grow.
- Provide clear research that helps our leaders make informed decisions.
- Manage sensitive information with integrity to build trust across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different cultures to support our international brands.
- Contribute to our high standards by keeping our corporate governance organized.
What you bring to the team:
- A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems with sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people across different departments.
- A genuine interest in technology and the fast-paced world of e-commerce.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
- Availability for a six-month internship based in the Netherlands.
What sets you apart:
- You are currently enrolled in a Dutch university.
- You have proficiency in another European language.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and visiting our Amsterdam office three days a week.
