THE POSITION

The Legal Intern will support the legal and compliance functions of the organization, gaining hands-on experience in corporate governance, legal research, and compliance operations. Reporting directly to the Legal Counsel, you will assist in managing legal documentation, drafting and amending contracts, and ensuring the company complies with applicable laws and regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop practical legal skills while contributing to key operational areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Legal Counsel, particularly in organizing contract lifecycles and managing corporate documents.

• Assist various business departments in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Draft and amend legal documents as needed.

• Perform other related tasks to support the legal and compliance functions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Currently enrolled as a law student in the 4th year of an undergraduate program or a master’s program.

• Fluent in English & Dutch (proficiency is essential). German as a third language is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in legal matters.
