Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by providing essential legal and compliance support to the Legal and Compliance Department. In this role, you'll conduct contract reviews, ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies, and provide valuable advice on commercial transactions whilst managing disputes and data privacy matters. 

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

  Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure legal compliance and protection of company interests. 

  
  


• 
  

  Support compliance tasks by ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide expert legal advice on commercial transactions to facilitate business operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage disputes effectively by working towards resolution and minimising legal risks.

  
  


• Address data privacy matters in accordance with applicable legislation and company standards. 

You have the following skills:

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.


• Availability from September for 5-6 months.


• Law studies.


• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.


• Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.


• Strong problem-solving capabilities.


• Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
