Curiosity and a bias for action. You're excited about Bitcoin (or at least genuinely curious about it). You take initiative, learn fast, and don't need hand-holding. You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the idea of building something from scratch. Bonus points if you've shipped something before—a project, a side hustle, anything that shows you make things happen.
