At Swapfiets, interns get plenty of room to grow, fail, learn and succeed by actively contributing to a team of passionate people. We are looking for students who would like to gain business experience during their regular studies. Ready to join? You are flexible, open-minded and naturally gifted with outstanding social skills.

You’re a proactive team player who can fend for themselves and doesn’t shy away from sharing ideas. Needless to say, you are thrilled by our growth. Bonus points if you have a passion for bikes, of course.

How you pedal us forward:

• End-to-end recruitment for different roles;

• Recruiting other interns;

• Working on different tasks, for example, supporting DE&I or Employer Branding projects;

• Assisting with process improvement projects;

• You help to optimize our ATS system and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

The gear you’ll need:

• Be available for a regular internship (6 months);

• Be available for 32 - 40 hours;

• Ready to start in October for 6 months;

• Follow a relevant study, business/HR/social sciences;

• Fluency in English;

• Danish, German or Dutch is a plus;

• Understand how to work with Google Workspace.
