Product Management Internship

Location: Amsterdam – we work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays; the rest of the week is flexible. 
Hours: 24-32hours per week 
Startdate & duration: Flexible (4-6 months) 

About the Role:

As a Product Management Intern, you’ll join our Product team and get hands-on experience shaping the future of Talk360. You’ll help us build and improve features, coordinate with designers and developers, and keep users at the heart of everything we do. 

This internship is a unique chance to learn the ins and outs of product management in a fast-moving, international start-up, and to see your work make an impact on millions of people across the globe. 

• You’re currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, UX/ UI, Data Analytics, or a related field 

• You’re analytical, organized, and have a problem-solving mindset 

• You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working with different teams 

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn by doing 

• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle tasks. 

• Strong interest in product management, tech, and startups 

• Bonus: Previous experience working with mobile apps or African communities or diaspora 

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Lead in defining and refining the product roadmap 

• Gather and analyze user and market feedback to identify opportunities 

• Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria 

• Collaborate with UX/ UI Designers and Developers to bring features to life  

• Help test new features, track performance, and recommend improvements to our product with over 500,000 MAU 

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product documentation
