Are you interested in a career in recruitment and HR? Look no further, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join ID-ware as a Recruitment Intern! 

We, that's Noor and Amelie, are looking for a motivated intern to join the HR & Recruitment Team. From day one you'll have the opportunity to work closely with us and learn from us on all things recruitment. You'll gain insights to how we've set-up our current recruitment process, why we've done so and think along with us on what we should be doing better. And, what's even more fun - you'll get to do it on an international scale - we hire for our offices in ​Pakistan, Germany and the Netherlands. 

No day is the same in recruitment, we can tell you this much. One day your're struggling to keep up with all the applicants that are coming in and the next you need to get creative with the 123456789th boolean search on linkedin. Don't know what a boolean search is? Don't worry - next to getting you hands-on in day-to-day tasks and exciting projects, we'll be sure to share all our knowledge with you. 

To summarize the most important tasks:
  • Learn all about recruitment from your colleagues
  • Hands-on experience working with candidates
  • Hands-on experience working with hiring managers
  • Work on your own project depending on your interest and your availability (within recruitment)
You don't need to have any prior experience, ideally you check the following boxes:
  • Currently studying in the Netherlands
  • Either an EU-citizen or this is a mandatory internship for you
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
  • Available between 2-5 days per week
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, German and/or Urdu are a plus)
  • Living in the The Hague area, so you can come to the office regularly (hybrid set-up)
