About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Working Student – Finance (FP&A & Operations) to join our Finance team. In this hands-on role, you will support our day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on maintaining clean project data in NetSuite and assisting with basic financial reporting.

This is a great opportunity for a student eager to gain real-world finance experience and build foundational knowledge in financial systems, reporting, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project records in NetSuite (e.g., project setup, budget entries, status updates)

• Support the resolution of project-related data issues and errors in NetSuite

• Perform data checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial and operational reporting

• Assist in preparing standard financial reports and templates

• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed

Core Activities

• Maintain accurate and complete NetSuite project records based on input from Finance, Services, and Sales teams

• Reconcile project data across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Excel models)

• Update basic dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI

• Collaborate with IT and system admins to report and track technical issues

What Success Looks Like

• Accurate and up-to-date project records in NetSuite

• Reduced data issues and faster resolution of errors

• Reliable day-to-day support for the Finance team

• Smooth collaboration across departments

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field)

• Basic Excel skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Interest in financial systems and a willingness to learn operational processes

• A proactive mindset with good communication skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Power BI

• Experience working with financial data or reporting tools
