• Providing support to the Sales Director and Sales Managers.
• Going along on appointments with minutes.
• Producing quotations and confirmations for our business market.
• Recording Site Inspections and entering data into systems.
• Being responsible for the weekly profile presentation.
• Deploy as host(ess) and provide support in the Banqueting department during large events.

• Studies for a college education in hospitality, tourism, marketing or a related field.
• Is hospitable, representative and well-mannered.
• Has communication skills and interacts easily with guests and colleagues.
• Feels at home in a service-oriented environment.
• Is flexible and willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in Dutch, English and preferably German.
• Has knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Is in possession of a driving licence.
