Job Description - Social Media Content Moderator Working Student (m/f/d)

Do you speak Dutch and English and dream of starting a new chapter in the vibrant city of Berlin?
We are looking for motivated Working Students to join our team as Social Media Content Moderators (m/f/d) and support our online community.

Location: Berlin (Onsite)
Working model: Part-time, Working Student position

Excellent Dutch & English language skills – no German needed!

EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany

A clean, blank certificate of good conduct must be presented before starting work

Strong awareness of cultural, political, and social trends in the Nederlands

Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)

Compensation:
- Individual performance bonus
- 40% shift bonus for Sundays/public holidays
- 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am)

*All amounts are stated as gross and will be prorated for part-time positions.

Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines

Review, block and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards

Commit to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times

Have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes and the spread of misinformation in online spaces
