Now, we’re looking for a creative, scroll-stopping, and social-native intern to join our marketing team and help bring our brand to life on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.

About the Role
As our Social Media Intern, you won’t just be scheduling posts. You’ll be shaping Mollie’s voice on social. From jumping on trends to creating ‘how-to’ content that genuinely helps businesses grow, you’ll play a key role in making our owned channels feel smart, human and uniquely Mollie.
You’ll work closely with our brand and content teams to bring ideas from sketch to screen, build a consistent presence across platforms, and help us grow and engage our community in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Do
Support the planning, ideation, and publishing of content across Mollie’s social platforms
Drive content creation from start to finish. From interpreting briefs, concepting, to execution & publishing
Ensure brand consistency in voice, design, and storytelling across all channels
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce visually engaging, on-brand content (short videos, graphics, carousels, etc.)
Play a key role in our YouTube strategy, focused on ‘how-to’ and ‘why it matters’ content for businesses
Keep a pulse on platform trends, formats, and innovations to help our channels stand out
Track and analyze performance to help us learn, iterate, and grow
Support community management as needed (e.g., comment engagement, trend replies)
What You Bring
You’re currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., marketing, communications, creative media)
You live and breathe social media, you know what performs and why
A strong visual instinct, especially when it comes to short-form video (a portfolio or examples are a plus!)
Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
A proactive mindset - you're not afraid to pitch bold ideas or take initiative
Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking
