• Handling reservation requests through our system.
• Encouraging guests to purchase additional services and products.
• Checking availability and informing guests of opportunities.
• Preparing offers and recording bookings in the reservation system.
• Monitoring options issued and contacting optants to finalise them.
• Handling changes in bookings such as cancellations and transfers.
• Preparing various overviews related to reservations and room turnovers.

• Hospitable, representative and communicative.
• Speaks excellent Dutch and English, and preferably German.
• Has experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Is flexible and does not have a 9 to 5 mentality.
• Motivated and willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
