Job description

• Supports HEC build activities by coordinating material availability, tracking deliveries, and assisting with build execution
• Assists with warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely receipt, handling, and distribution of components
• Maintains accurate data in relevant systems, including material status, inventory tracking, and delivery updates
• Collaborates with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely part availability and smooth build progress

Experience/Qualifications

• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Base Salary Range:

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

Starting Salary

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
