(MII BV), Finance Competence Center of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, is looking for a talented and motivated Treasury Intern per August/September to join our team full-time at our office in the prestigious Zuidas district of Amsterdam for a duration of 4-6 months.

With a team of 5 to 10 professionals in the Netherlands, supporting Financing operations globally, the company provide financial solutions to our affiliates around the world acting as interfaces between them and the group banking partners.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Treasury Intern, you’ll take on exciting responsibilities that will develop your skills and broaden your knowledge, including:

• Conducting Market Conformity Checks on Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions.

• Supporting the implementation of Corporate Governance related to Treasury matters.

• Organizing and supporting Treasury project management improving financial structures across the world.

• Assisting local entities in capturing liquidity planning data and FX exposure, with opportunities to travel and provide training to affiliates.

• Preparing key financial data for Group CFO reporting.

• Monitoring bank fee controls across the group.

Who Are You?

We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. Ideally, you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (3rd or 4th year) or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Are proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

• Are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Possess good administrative and communication skills.

• Thrive as a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
