Visual Communication Design Intern

What will your role be?

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Design / Visual Communication intern with a strong focus on 2D design. Your main assignment will be to design a complete icon pack, starting from idea sketches and concept exploration to finalized vector assets.

While 2D design is the priority, we also value the ability to present icons through 3D visualizations using any 3D rendering or modeling tool (e.g., Blender, 3D Max, Cinema 4D). These 3D presentations help us showcase the icons in expressive, modern ways.

Your main responsibilities:

• 2D-first creative process: Generate concepts through sketches, rough drawings, and visual exploration.
• Design a cohesive, consistent, and scalable icon pack aligned with our brand.
• Convert sketches into clean, precise vector icons using Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Produce 3D presentations of icons (renders, scenes, animations, abstract compositions) using any tool you prefer.
• Work closely with the design team to refine ideas and maintain visual consistency.
• Experiment with creative storytelling, shading, and composition to elevate the icon pack presentation.
• Prepare final files, export assets, and deliver clear documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

• Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, or related studies.
• Strong foundation in 2D design: sketching, ideation, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Solid proficiency in vector design tools (Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
• Basic experience or interest in working with any 3D rendering tool (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
• A portfolio with sketches, illustrations, iconography, or concept work.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of design consistency.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and adapt based on feedback.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with advanced 3D rendering engines or workflows.
• Motion design or animation skills (2D or 3D).
• Familiarity with design systems or scalable asset libraries.
• Understanding of UI/UX visual principles.
