Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ahold Delhaize is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an entry-level position, this role does not require any previous experience, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Processing invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently - Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies - Communicating with vendors to ensure timely payment and resolve any issues - Assisting with month-end closing procedures - Supporting the Accounts Payable team with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus - Possess a driven and reliable personality - Soft skills in cooperation and project management - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
