Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Action is seeking a motivated and energetic Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote position. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner - Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections process - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate with customers regarding payment terms - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting - Assist with monthly financial close processes - Provide support for audit and tax preparation as needed - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and streamline operations within the accounts receivable function

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to research and resolve discrepancies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
