Accountant

Job description:

Elastic is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our team in Utrecht, NL on a part-time basis. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position is ideal for candidates who are adaptable, reliable, and have strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of financial statements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Process invoices and expense reports - Reconcile bank statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Assist with audits as needed - Provide support to the finance team as required

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Adaptability and reliability
