Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Accountant to join our team at Adyen in Den Haag, NL. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports - Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial regulations - Assist with audits and internal financial reviews - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA certification is a plus - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards - Excellent leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
