Accountant

Job Description: LeasePlan is seeking a part-time Accountant to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports. 2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and practices. 3. Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions. 4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. 5. Prepare and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets. 6. Assist with audits, tax returns, and other financial tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. CPA certification is preferred. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting. 4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 8. Adaptability and negotiation skills.
