Accounts Payable

Job Description:

OneFit is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
