Accounts Payable - Work from home

Signify is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for individuals seeking a balance between work and personal life.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Review and verify employee reimbursement requests - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain organized records and documentation of all payments and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Confidence in negotiating with vendors for optimal payment terms - Innovative problem-solving skills to improve processes and efficiency
