Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Speakap is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position located in Den Haag, NL, with the opportunity for remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices. 2. Process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies. 4. Communicate effectively with customers to address payment issues and inquiries. 5. Assist in month-end close procedures related to accounts receivable. 6. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 7. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 7. Passionate and driven individual with a high level of emotional intelligence.
