Accounts Receivable

The position of Accounts Receivable at OneFit in Rotterdam, NL is an entry-level, part-time role that requires at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as confidence and independence, as well as soft skills in innovation and time management.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities - Follow up on delinquent accounts and arrange payment plans - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports on accounts receivable status - Communicate with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions - Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
