Accounts Receivable

Job Description: We are seeking an adaptable and dedicated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at KPN in Rotterdam, NL. As an entry-level position, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills and creativity to effectively handle accounts receivable responsibilities.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from clients and customers - Reconcile receivables accounts on a regular basis - Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients regarding payment - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and systems related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred - Personality traits: adaptable, dedicated - Soft skills: people management, creativity
