Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Akzo Nobel is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable associate, working from home. As a part-time position with an Associate-level seniority, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable transactions and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities: - Create and send out invoices to customers on a regular basis - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
