Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Flow Traders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure all payments are collected promptly - Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues - Prepare and deliver regular reports on accounts receivable performance - Work closely with other departments to coordinate and streamline billing processes - Assist with cash application and allocation as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Excellent organizational and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Confident and passionate attitude towards work - Strong teamwork and planning skills
