Online Accounts Payable

DUS Architects is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Amsterdam, NL. In this part-time position, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling the company's online accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices and payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor vendor accounts and ensure timely payments - Generate financial reports related to accounts payable - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to manage people effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications - Detail-oriented and organized - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
