Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

Elastic is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing the company's online accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices and payments in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and able to work independently - Strong communication skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
