Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments - Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments - Communicate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies - Generate reports and analyze data related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations - Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and multitasking abilities
